Rio Grande Imports is dedicated to offering you the highest quality products at a fair price and exceptional customer service. Our goal is to make your shopping experience a great one that will keep you coming back time after time. PLACING AN ORDER
For your purchasing convenience, accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover and PayPal. Or, if you prefer, you can pay by personal check. Please note that all transactions are charged immediately when we receive your order. For payments by check, your order will be processed once your check has cleared. Payments via PayPal are processed through our shopping cart.
When placing an order online, please double check our order for accuracy. If you are not certain please call our customer service for clarification. Please note that we cannot pay for errors made by customers. Once your order is shipped, all shipping and restock fees will apply.
DELIVERY
Typically, our orders deliver in 5-7 business days. Certain, high demand items may occasionally be out of stock. If an item is not in stock, it will normally take 10-15 days to deliver to your door.
SHIPPING POLICIES
We use DHL , Fed EX or UPS and work with them to get you the best price to your location. Should you like to get an idea of freight to your location before placing your order, please provide us with your ZIP Code either by phone or by e-mail and we will get you the appropriate information. Shipping is additional to the price of your purchase and is calculated at the time of checkout when you are buying online.
SHIPPING DAMAGE
All defective or damage claims must be reported within 3 business days of the receipt of your order. Damage claims are not valid with carriers after three days or receipt and we cannot be responsible for charges due to these claims after this said time.
Damaged merchandise will be replaced. Please allow 7 business days to rectify the matter. Rio Grande Imports will only be liable for replacing the product you purchased from us and not any labor charges associated with installation or removal of the item.
REFUND POLICY
If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your product, please return the merchandise in NEW and UNUSED condition in its original packing box within 30 days of shipping and we gladly refund your purchase less a 20% restocking fee, and shipping fees. Before shipping product back to Rio Grande Imports, we must approve and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Please note that no merchandise will be refunded unless an approved RMA # is issued by us.
All merchandise returned to Rio Grande Imports must be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions before it can be shipped back. Please e-mail or call our Customer Service department for this information.
CREDIT FOR YOUR RETURN
We always do our best to process your return expediently. Please allow up to 15 business days from the time Rio Grande Imports receives the item your have returned to process and apply your credit.
INACCURACY DISCLAIMER
From time to time there may be information on our Web Site or in our catalog that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, and availability. RGI Trading & Wholesale Inc. reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
